Product Specification: G-Coat-C210
A stabile micro-emulsion of ultra-fine, uniform size polyethylene
particles.
To produce a protective, lubricating surface coating of polyethylene
wax on glass containers. For optimum scratch resistance, a base hot end
coating of tin oxide is required.

Accurate particle sizing minimizes clogging of spray nozzles. Disperses
readily in water.
A storage life of at least one year under suitable non-freezing conditions.
Stabilized against bacterial attack. Deposited coating resists pasteurization
and is suitable for hot melt and casein adhesives for labeling.
To glass container outer surfaces between 70 and 110°C (160 and 230° F)
by overhead or under belt spray systems in dilutions with water between
0.25 and 0.75% by volume. Best results will be obtained by using water less
than 20 p.p.m. of calcium content suitable for drinking.
All of the ingredients in G-Coat-C210 have by regulation, been approved
by the FDA for use in this application as referenced in Drug Master File
#2146 and as provided for by the following food additive regulations:
