Purpose
To produce a protective, lubricating surface coating on glass containers. For optimum scratch resistance, a base hot end coating of tin oxide is required.

Properties
A clear, oily, amber liquid at room temperature – cloudy below 12 °C Specific Gravity at 25°C 0.89Odor: slight ‘fatty’

Shelf life of at least one year when properly stored in sealed container.
Suitable for most adhesives used in labeling.

Application
To glass containers at temperature between 100 and 130°C (210 and 270°F) as an air atomized vapor using suitable equipment usually placed at the last zone of the lehr.

Non returnable polyethylene-lined fiber drums of 450 lb. (204 Kg) net
